Return Policy

Due to the handcrafted delicate nature of our beeswax candles and wax melts, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. Thank you for understanding and supporting our unique, made-to-order products.

 

As our scents are meticulously blended and unique, we understand that not all scents will be liked by everyone. If a scent is disliked after purchasing, we encourage you to try one of our full collection options to try them out and feel free to give any that you don;t ​ like to a friend or family member.

 Exceptions will be made if a product is damaged in transit or defective in any way. We advise that you contact us immediately with a picture and information so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
